Hey friends! We’re coming to Elwood Beach, Sunday, 22nd September to host dip #52 of 100 on our Mental Health Aus Tour where we’re trying to get 100,000 Aussies to join us for a sunrise plunge and to showcase the positive impact it has on our wellbeing and mental health! 🩵
It’s free, welcome to anyone and everyone and a great way to start your day ☀️ All it involves is dipping as much as your ankles in, no fitness swimming! The focus is on showing up, being a part of our community & raising awareness around mental health!
