Our classes are created for anyone to join in and feel comfortable. No experience needed! Learn to lift, increase cardio endurance, and build strength both inside and out! We know movement works, connection helps, and healthy Community changes lives. The Program is run by volunteers. Your *$10 class fee* keeps our Program in the space that we love at Canandaigua CrossFit.
