Sunday Rest + Connect: A Heart-Centered Practice in Community
Event Description:
Join us for Sunday Rest + Connect, a weekly offering rooted in the belief that true community care means creating space for all. This 60-minute gathering is a gentle container to unwind, breathe deeply, and come home to yourself in the presence of others.
Led by Lex Hingle, a trauma-informed therapist and yoga teacher, this session blends restorative movement, mindfulness practices, and opportunities for authentic connection. Whether you're seeking stillness, emotional grounding, or community support, this practice was created with you in mind.
What to Expect:
- Guided restorative/yin-inspired movement
- Breathwork and somatic grounding techniques
- Light community sharing and reflection
- A safe, inclusive space for all bodies, identities, and lived experiences
Cost:
This offering is donation-based. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. Suggested donation: $5–$25, sliding scale. Come as you are and give what you can.
