You are invited to sign up for a community sound healing with Reiki Master, Energy and Sound Healer, Nancy Xiong.Nancy will be facilitating a group healing session using crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, gong, chimes and vocals. Sound healing or also known as sound bath has the following benefits: clearing of energetic blockages, increasing deep relaxation, and renewing sense of purpose, well-being, calm, and happiness.
Participants are highly encouraged to dress comfortably, bring a pillow and a yoga mat or blanket for the healing session. Participants can sit or lay down during the healing session.
