Join us for our monthly Community Sound Bath Journey at The Metta Center of St. Pete! This immersive experience uses a variety of instruments such as the Crystal Singing bowl, Tibetan Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Tuning Forks, Shamanic & Ocean Drum and much more to create an integral Sound Healing experience. When we receive the Sound Healing frequencies during a Sound Bath we are able to pause overthinking, become more aware & present and ultimately calm the nervous system.~Bring a yoga mat to lay on. Bolsters and an eye mask will be provided. This is a small container and spots are limited for 7 people. My partner Carlos and I will lead this Sound Journey for a fully curated soundscape experience.
