Come find peace & calm for your nervous system in the company of community! This is a donation-based sound bath for residents of the Standish-Ericsson neighborhoods. Suggested donation is $10 to help cover the cost of renting the space; pay what you can / sliding scale. If total donations exceed the cost of rental, the excess will be donated to the Lake Hiawatha Rec Center.
Participants should plan to bring a yoga mat and/or any other ways to get comfortable (e.g. camp mat, pillow, blanket, etc.)
Space is limited; advanced registration is highly encouraged.
