Please join sound artists Jean Monte and Moriah Gross for an evening of good vibrations and relaxation at the AV Community Art Gallery! What is a sound bath? A sound bath is an opportunity to press pause on the stresses of daily life and take time for yourself. A sound bath is a 90 minute experience to relax and be immersed in a unique soundscape that can help to cultivate a sense of peace and wellbeing.
What kind of instruments will be played? Singing bowls, swinging chimes, ocean drums, gongs, rattles, and didgeridoos are some of the instruments we’ll be playing for your relaxation enjoyment.
What should I bring? While chairs will be available, one of the best ways to experience a sound bath is lying down. We suggest bringing yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and wearing comfortable clothing.
What does it cost? Free, although we will be accepting donations of any amount to benefit AV Community Art Gallery.
Where? AV Community Art Gallery

(NOTE: the gallery is directly across the street from Melville J. Courson Park on 10th Street E. Look for the art in the windows.)
When? Sunday, April 27, 2025 5:30 p.m. to 7:00p.m. **PLEASE arrive 15 minutes early to reserve your spot. Doors close once we begin.
No RSVP necessary, just show up.
