Join us for an evening of deep rest and nervous system support through sound.

Each session begins with a short guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, bronze bowls, and soft chimes.

🎒 Bring along whatever helps you feel cozy on the floor... a thick mat, blanket, pillows, or even a sleeping bag. Chairs + eye masks available.

🫶 All are welcome. No experience needed. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter.
