To celebrate Karen's return, Karen has offered this regular class time as a pop up community class.
Join Karen for a relaxing Yoga and Qi Gong class. 'Slow Flow' combines hatha, restorative and mindful yoga with calming Qi Gong movements. Each class will focus on breathing and relaxation techniques finishing with guided relaxation allowing your body and mind to unwind ready for a more restorative night’s sleep. Ideal for all levels, Karen will emphasise modifications to accommodate any injuries, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
