WHO?

Women who've graduated from the U.S. Service Academies including, USMA, USNA, USAFA, USCGA & USMMA.

WHY?

Nearly fifty years ago, a groundbreaking moment changed the course of history. On October 7, 1975, President Gerald Ford signed Public Law 94-106, opening enrollment to women at all federal service academies. (By exception, the USMMA enrolled women prior to this in 1974).

These first women graduates were trailblazers and through this historic decision, generations of women have risen through the ranks, breaking barriers, and exemplifying excellence in service to our nation. We celebrate them as well as ourselves for what we have done to serve our nation.

Nearly 20 years ago, Ho'oku'āina broke ground to actualize a vision that has forever changed what's possible admist modern life in Hawai'i. The work of this extraordinary non-profit organization has touched countless lives and brings together communities in uniquely powerful ways.
