Join Yampatika naturalists on this nighttime snowshoe tour! Throughout the tour, we will stop to survey for boreal owls and search for other species of interest on the ski mountain. Snowshoers will also be trained on the new Steamboat Ski Resort – Wildlife Watchers iNaturalist project. This hike is perfect for high school-aged folks and older who have an interest in the wildlife around the Steamboat Ski Resort!Transportation: we do not offer transportation often, local accommodations have shuttles that will drop off at the location make sure to check beforehand. The local free bus system also has a stop in this area.
