Come join us at Proof3 Fitness Gym - Salt River for a fun-filled morning of fitness and wellness! Our Community Saturday Workout is open to all fitness levels, so whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, there's something for everyone. Get ready to break a sweat with either of our workout sessions starting at 7:30am and 9:00am, led by our incredible coahes. After the workout, stick around for coffee and special guests who will speak about fitness and pickleball, get samples of supplements, and meet other fitness enthusiasts in the community. Info: First class of the morning! Our signature 60 min group training session, with the first 30 min being a progressive strength block we call “Lift”, followed by a 30 min endurance block we call “Breathe.” You’ll effectively work through multiple strength lifts followed by getting your heart rate up to the right zone for the day’s intended results and feeling.
