The Shelldon's Superstars are now offering a community run/walk that is open to the public! Routes are mapped out with distances including 1mi, 3mi, and 6mi. On November 30th, we will meet at Get Fit at 8AM to begin the run/walk. We will provide an electrolyte drink if you bring a water bottle!Still not sure? Our group runs are perfect for someone looking to get active with routes already mapped out. We also believe in safety in numbers and building camaraderie, so we encourage you to join us for this free event!
