With our purpose of community prosperity in mind, the Sussex & District Chamber of Commerce is partnering with Horizon Health Network’s Department of Population Health and United Way with funding from the Community Capacity and Resiliency branch of the Department of Justice and Public Safety to host a series of community round tables.The purpose will to generate solutions, through collaboration and dialogue, with the goal of improving the well-being of the community. This session is a follow up session for our previous gatherings, however, you are still welcome to attend if you were unable to be there.
