Community Resiliency Model (CRM)® Training

In partnership with Cobb County Public Library, Cobb Collaborative is excited to present Community Resiliency Model (CRM)® Workshops in 2024. These training events are made possible as a result of support from American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding.

CRM® introduces a set of wellness skills designed to help adults and children learn to track their nervous systems to bring the body, mind, and spirit back into greater balance, and to encourage people to pass the skills along to family, friends, and their wider community. CRM®’s goal is to help create “trauma-informed” and “resiliency-focused” communities that share a common understanding of the impact of trauma and chronic stress on the nervous system and how resiliency can be restored or increased using this skills-based approach.
