Free event. Free parking.Women4Women Tempe calls this event a "packing party." Volunteers will be preparing paper bags that are distributed to women in need. Anyone can join this packing party including men, women, youth and children. We usually pack bags, assembly-line style, for an hour.
Women4Women Tempe is a wonderful, local, all-volunteer organization. Their mission statement: "...to help homeless and low-income women in our communities maintain their dignity, health, and self-respect by providing feminine hygiene products to those in need."
What to Bring? (Optional, but greatly appreciated) You may bring new packages of pads, tampons, and individually-wrapped panty liners. Any brand and any size is welcome! Women4Women Tempe operates purely through donations, so anything you can bring will help immensely!
