**PLEASE NOTE WE ARE CHANGING THIS WALK TO SATURDAY (INSTEAD OF OUR USUAL SUNDAY) AT 9AM**CPR is leading the "pack" for another fun-filled community pack walk! Some of our adoptable dogs will be in attendance and all breeds are encouraged to join! Use these walks to socialize your dogs, meet some cool folks, ask us questions, or even scope out a new friend for your existing pup.
These walks are on the last Sunday of the month, in different locations through out Oakland and beyond. This month is the return of our walk through out one of our favorite locations - Mountain View Cemetery in Oakland, where Piedmont Avenue dead ends ... a beautiful setting!
MEETING SPOT: Drive past the front gates, then past the first fountain and for those late comers, we'll be walking up hill and past all of the fountains and then up and over the hill to the right.
While walking, please be respectful of other dogs' space and ask before you let your dog greet another dog. Please bring poop bags to clean up after your pooch. Remember no flexi-leads or leashes longer than 6 feet. Plan to wear comfortable shoes and bring water for you & your pups. Call if you have trouble finding us (510) 463-4277.
**If you arrive very early, you should walk down to Timeless Coffee on Piedmont Avenue - they are dog friendly and have delicious coffee & pastries!
