About this Event
Charities Housing and the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) welcome neighbors to an information session about the planned Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) at VTA's Branham Station Park and Ride lot.
Drop in any time between 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
This open house will provide an opportunity to learn more about:
- Architectural building plans and site layout
- New public improvements, including connections to bike paths and the light rail station
- Information regarding affordability levels and potential homebuying opportunities
- Preliminary construction schedule
Light refreshments will be served.
