Community Move + Breathe at Abner Clay Park
Rooted in self care, social change and community liberation, we invite you to meet us for Community Move + Breathe at the historical landmark, Abner Clay Park. Each week, a Community Movement + Meditation Teacher will offer a guided practice of breath and movement, followed by a meditative sit to promote community healing, liberation and connection. Everyone is welcome to take a moment for self inquiry to elevate your own self care and community care.
WHY Register:
All proceeds support our in-person and community-based programming at The Well Collective location, schools, community organizations and programs, and initiatives supporting accessible wellness and social change in Richmond, VA.

Arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in with a community member!
Bring your own mat.
There are mats available for sale at a set price and donation that will be yours to take home.
