Hello, friends!
Please join us for our new Community Moon Circle on Friday, April 12th, from 6:30-8:30p at Peacebank Yoga Studio in Redwood City.
Together, we'll grow our relationships with self, others, and life through the lens of solar (masculine) and lunar (feminine) energy. We may explore guided meditation, talk philosophy, experience sound, reflect, group share, listen, cry, and laugh, too!
This circle is open to all adults. We welcome your friends and partners or invite you to come alone (you'll likely feel less alone on your way home!).
Personal shares at our gatherings are often tender and sometimes delve into mature subjects. Please use your kindest judgment when inviting folks. Arrive as you are and be ready to help cultivate our safe and nurturing community.
Items to bring:
✨ Comfortable clothing
✨ Yoga mat and/or blankets for ensuring your comfort on the ground
✨ Journal and a pen/pencil
✨ Mug for hot tea or water bottle
✨ Optional item(s) you'd like to place on our communal altar
