As we welcome the first signs of spring, it’s time to step away from the daily buzz and reconnect—with nature, ourselves, and each other. Join us for a guided mindfulness hike designed to nourish the mind, body, and soul. Through intention setting, guided meditation, journaling, and Tonglen breathwork, we’ll slow down, ground ourselves, and embrace the present moment while immersed in nature’s beauty.
This experience is an opportunity to reconnect with your body and cultivate intentionality in how you move through life. Meditation and mindfulness have been proven to help ease stress, anxiety, and depression, allowing us to respond to life’s challenges with greater love and clarity. Time in the forest supports our well-being by lowering blood pressure, opening airways, relaxing muscles, and releasing tension back to the earth.
Beyond personal reflection, this gathering is about community—meeting like-minded individuals and building a supportive space centered on wellness and self-care. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or deep in your practice, you’re welcome here.
