During this meetup, we’ll create personalized 2026 Goals Bingo Cards — a playful and empowering activity that helps you set meaningful intentions and track small wins throughout the year.

This meetup is open to any adult navigating life with chronic physical or mental illness. Caregivers and supporters are also welcome to attend and listen with compassion.
