I'll lead us through 60 mins of relaxing yoga. Suitable for everyone, even if you've never done yoga before.
As we enjoy the beauty of the setting sun.
Then we can enjoy some food and good chats.
A most wonderful way to meet new people and catch up with old friends.
Bring whatever you like to eat and drink.
Yoga is by donations - card or cash after the class.
We meet by the lagoon, which is on the right side of the stage (Batis Tram Stop) I always have a pink mat and yellow bag with me so I'm more visible, but usually a towel/blanket is better for the practice.
