This program is fully subsidised with thanks to the Australian Government's Future Drought Fund. It is delivered by the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation, as part of the Helping Regional Communities Prepare for Drought Initiative.
Please note that all applications are subject to assessment. Fully subsidised positions for successful applications are limited, highly valued and waitlists exist for most regions. Before applying, please ensure you can commit to attending all five days onsite and have arrangements in place to cover work and home responsibilities during that time. Should a successful participant unexpectedly be unable to attend the program, ARLF must be notified ASAP so the position can be transferred to another local participant.
Applications close either when all positions are filled or 2 months before program commencement.
