Community Kriya & Yoga At Cardiff By The Sea

Soma Wellness presents Community Kriya & Yoga On The Beach! We are so excited to offer this practice for the upcoming warm summer months. We will connect, share, breathe, and move together through a transformative practice. `Kriya means evolutionary action, and what we are doing with these practices, is burning through our karmas and making space for deeper peace. Feel free to bring a towel to take a dip after the session if you feel called, no need to bring mat as we will be on the sand, don't forget your water! We will be right across the street from Las Olas. There is free street parking all along that road.

Meet Your Teacher: Sundarri is a 200HR Kriya Initiated Yoga Instructor who studied a lineage called Sattva Yoga. She has now transformed her practice into a beautiful synchronicity between sacred breath practices, and Christ-Consciousness, taking the practice to not only a level of transformation, but a level of devotion that Christ represents. She is also certified in Stretch Therapy and Akashic Readings. Her passion not only lies with sharing these practices to the general public, but also for those who are in recovery.
