About this Event
We are pleased to invite you our second Tasting Menu Experience at the Bounceback Food Community Kitchen! After the success of last year we are back and better than ever with a new tasting menu which will be based on our current menu.
Our six-course Tasting Menu will be influenced by the flavours of our menu.
This dining experience will include six courses of sustainable, seasonal, vegetable-focused dishes, all of which are chef elevated versions of our market menu. Our covered al-fresco dining area will be transformed for the unique occasion. Depending on your party size, you may be on a shared table.
This event is pay as you feel (starting at £35 base cost via Eventbrite). You will be supporting our social enterprise fighting food poverty on multiple fronts. All proceeds from the evening will support this continued outreach work as our teams across the UK continue to develop.
A range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available to purchase at an extra cost on the day.
Please ensure you arrive at 12pm in order to taste all the courses. There will be a fifteen minute grace period.

About Bounceback Food
At Bounceback Food CIC, we are fighting food poverty across the nation. Our Community Cookery School teams teach people how to cook, run food bank drives at market events, help people get jobs in the food sector and coordinate community meal drives that provide emergency meals for our beneficiaries.
Our Community Kitchen space at Altrincham Market also serves a range of exciting dishes on a ‘buy one, give one’ basis – providing our partner food banks and sheltered accommodation sites across Manchester with a regular supply of nutritious meals.
On the day you’ll be able to meet our Community Cookery School team to find out about the work of our organisation, volunteering opportunities and upcoming cookery workshops.

Where is the Bounceback Food Community Kitchen located?
You can find us at Altrincham Market, on Central Way, opposite Everyman Cinema.
There are plenty of parking options nearby, or we are a short walk from the Altrincham tram stop.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourselves - and an appetite!
However, please note that this is an outdoor event. Our dining area will be covered, but please check the weather in advance as you may need to bring a coat.
How does pay as you feel work?
You will be charged our minimum donation of £35 through your Eventbrite booking. There will be an opportunity to pay more if you wish, however this is entirely at your discretion.
