Come together for a morning of spiritual chanting and music with Rachel & Sam. This in-person event will be a great opportunity to connect with others in the community and experience the joy of kirtan. Everyone is welcome!
Kirtan or mantra meditation is a very simple & powerful way to meditate. We will be singing chants in Sanskrit (Ancient Indian Language) in call and response and you will have chant sheets to reference and take home. We are beginners in this and a note that it doesn't matter how you sound! What is important is all our voices merge together as we chant these sacred sounds.
Expect to leave feeling blissful with this heart-opening experience!
Tickets are £10 and children come free. There will be a lovely turmeric chai to enjoy made by Sam and please feel free to bring snacks.
