Community Kickstarter for Amalgam8

Join us on this special evening in December to help plant the first seeds of Amalgam8 - a creative community that will grow in due course, as the tides turn and when timing is trusted.

Amalgam8 will be grown together by those who have a shared passion for community-building, self-expression and skill-sharing. Whether amateur or professional, Amalgam8 invites one another to creatively collaborate with people who have an innate longing of sharing with others, learning from others and being with others.

The events with Amalgam8 will be hosted at Amott Road Baptist Church in Peckham, London. We’re extremely grateful to the congregation at Amott Road Baptist Church for offering us a space to be trusted and uplifted.

Our first event 'From Dusk to Dawn' is a Community Kickstarter. The evening will be an honest introduction of who we are, the type of community we’ll be building and the creative avenues we’ll be exploring. It’s a chance for you to engage and observe, is this my kind of community?

From Dusk to Dawn will be exhibiting 10 visual artists, a live trio performance, food cooked in-house and independent stall holders for those last minute Christmas or winter birthday gifts.

We’re reaching out to the local community - whether you’re near or far, old friends or new, strangers or seeders - to ask for your support in the early development of our community work and the shared resources that will make it possible.

Recommended Ticket Prices: These are our suggested prices - but it’s up to your discretion! Your contribution helps fund the community work of Amalgam8.

Kids under 14: Free!

Donations are also welcome on the evening ❤️
