About this Event
Have you ever wondered how to identify Multiflora Rose? Join us as we learn about the biology of Multiflora Rose and how we manage this invasive species on our lands. Participants will help us remove a patch of Multiflora Rose in one of our agricultural pastures.
This event is free and open all ages, children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Specific directions provided upon registration. Please come prepared with closed toed shoes, hats, long sleeves and pants, and bug repellent if you wish.
Snacks and water provided as well as gloves and other removal tools.
This is a great way to connect with your community to learn more about the impacts of invasive species and how we can minimize their spread.
