Join us as we present our 3rd annual Community Health Fair in partnerhsip with Mt. Hermon AME Church on Saturday, Cotober 5th from 11-2pm. Special thank you to the Aetna for sponsoring this event to help provide resources to the community.
The event is focused on sharing knoweldge and resources with the community so YOU can make better health decision and have better outcomes.
The event will feature a healthy food demonstration by Blue Tree Cafe, discussion on reading lables for healthy eating as well as the good, bad and ugle of weight loss injections.
