About this Event
Register for a volunteer Harvest Day on a Wednesday from June to August and/or on a Saturday from September to early November. To reserve your spot, click the "Select a Date" on the right side of this page. You’ll be glad you did! Harvest Days are fun for all ages and abilities.
Volunteers help harvest fresh food for community members in need. Come out to the farm, meet people, & contribute to your community! Everything you harvest will be donated to people who can't afford enough fresh food.
Why help out?
Because food insecurity impacts over 15,000 people in our region cannot afford enough good food. This puts people at higher risk of experiencing chronic diseases that are related to malnutrition such as stroke, heart disease, diabetes, anxiety, and depression.
It takes a community to feed a community. Each year, hundreds of volunteers help harvest thousands of pounds fresh food for community members in need.
You can make a difference! Come out to the farm, enjoy the beautiful outdoors, make new friends, and make our community a better place for everyone!
What to expect at a Community Harvest Day

🥕 Please bring weather-appropriate clothing, water bottle, and be prepared to follow any current public health guidelines for COVID.
🥕 No gardening or farming experience required.
