About this Event
We’re celebrating our community, opening our doors for you to explore the space, meet the coaches, and find out what’s next — including the upcoming Ladies Who Lift series launching September 2.
This 4-week, twice-a-week lunch program is designed for busy women who want to feel strong, reset their energy, and still get back to work (or life) ready for the rest of the day. It’s not CrossFit. It’s not bootcamp. It’s movement that meets you where you’re at.
