THINGS TO BRING TO A GONG BATH. A Gong Bath is ideally experienced laying down but it is possible to use a recliner chair if mobility is a problem.
X It is advisable to bring with you something super comfy to lay down on, a yoga mat, an air bed, a folded single quilt or a “Z” bed are ideal.
X A blanket/sleeping bag for warmth.
X A pillow for your head.
X Something warm and comfortable to to wear while you rest.
X A water to drink afterwards.
