Community Gathering: Giving and Receiving

Join us for the first Community Gathering of 2025: Giving and Receiving. This month we'll be diving into the duality of life, letting go and accepting blessings. We'll journal and dive into some conscious conversation, plus some breathwork to physically and mentally feel the duality in our bodies of giving and receiving. Together we will call in all things beautiful and good, and let go of what no longer serves us. This is a beautiful opportunity to connect with a loving and accepting community.
