About this Event
As the days are getting lighter and longer, we're going to do a touch of pre-Spring cleaning around the Community Garden in Brooklands Park.
From 10am to 2pm, we'll be pruning, weeding, litter picking and spending time outdoors, as a community.
For those unfamiliar with Brooklands, it's an ideal opportunity to wander around the park ahead of our Sponsored Stroll later in the month.
Plus, of course, we'll have brews, Kubb and the community.
You're welcome to get your hands dirty, take a mindful meander, or simply sit, drink tea and keep us company.
We'll hold the space, you choose what to do with it.
Tickets are £2.50 per adult and £1.50 for five to 16 year-olds. Under fives are free. And if any of that is too much, just get in touch.
Many hands make light work. Together, our hands can make a big difference. We hope to see you there.
You can access the Community Garden from either of the car parks - remember to pay for your parking.
You can also reach the park by bus, with several routes stopping on Brighton Road and Western Road. Check with your service operator for times and availability.
