Community Garden: Highlights from the 2024 Salon Series

For almost 3 years, Stop Motion Plant has been cultivating performance art with monthly salons that have allowed performers to come into a safe and new environment, get their hands dirty, plant some artsy seeds and let old and new friends give feedback to help them grow. Join us for our second annual Community Garden showcase to feature some of those blooms .

Community Garden will present some of the botanical brilliance from the salons and celebrate the successes of Stop Motion Plant and fellow performers to root this performance series in the Chicago scene. Revisit some of the pieces that made us laugh, cry, cringe, and dance - or see them for the first time if you have missed them before. We are excited to share this special event with you whether you are a seedling or have been working in the garden all season.

Dig in with us on December 7 and 8 at 7:00 p.m. at The Fallen Log located inside Kitchen 17. Doors will be open at 6:30 p.m. FREE!

Each night will have a completely different line up – join us both nights in the garden!
