About this Event
Our upcoming gathering is to prepare for the gardening season ahead. There will be shovels, digging, wheelbarrowing, mulching and generally getting the garden in better shape. We need all the help we can get. This is a wonderful way to make a difference in the neighborhood.
- No gardening experience necessary.
- Tools, gloves and bottled water available.
Briarpatch Community Garden is home for backyard gardeners to share, work, learn and grow together. This space is much more than a source of food security for the community gardeners – it’s a quiet space to escape the noise and chaos of the city, build sense of community, and promote community health.
