Time: One hour appointments from 9am-4pm

Foot Care appointments are with a Registered Nurse specializing in foot care. The cost of these services is subsidized in part by the SCVFCNP and Lakeview Health Foundation with a resulting fee of $30.
Services provided include:
· Foot assessments to understand risk factors and identify any foot problems
· Proper foot care education
· Nail cutting & thick nail care
· Corn and callous care
· Ingrown toenail care
· Resource referral for specialized foot care as needed
Wellness Event
Please attend our walk-in wellness resource area from 10am-2pm for the following free services:
· Blood pressure check
· Blood glucose screening
· Balance and fall prevention screenings
· Private memory screening
If you have a foot care appointment, please come early or stay after your appointment to take advantage of the wellness resources.
