FLUTISTS! Join Mallarme’s Flute Fems concert, in Trudy Kane’s arrangement of Bizet’s Carmen with 4 C flute parts and Trudy Kane will conduct! The only requirement is that you learn one part from the Carmen Flute for 4 (a part will be assigned to you after enrollment) and can attend the concert on Sunday, Sept 14 @ 3 pm Nelson Music Room, Duke’s East Campus AND the rehearsal, Saturday, Sept 13 @ 3 pm – 4:30 pm also in the Nelson Music Room. There is a $20 sign-up fee that includes a ticket (usually $30) to the concert. Students, amateurs and professionals are welcome! Players must be at least at an intermediate level, 16 years & older and have experience playing in a conducted ensemble as there is only ONE rehearsal.Enrollment limited to 25 on a first come basis
