The Legal Revolution and All Square are pleased to host eight community legal education events to highlight the monumental criminal justice reforms enacted by the 2023 Minnesota Legislature.
Join us on Thursday, June 13th, for the last presentation in this series to explore and learn more.
Recent changes to the law prohibit courts from sentencing juveniles to life sentences without the possibility of parole. This important change impacts future sentences and requires the criminal legal system to review those individuals currently serving life sentences for crimes they committed as a juveniles.
