Join us and be part of creating fun rhythms together as a community! We drum for Joy. We drum for Peace. We drum for Health. We drum for Wellbeing. Drumming Circle is also a wonderful stress release opportunity.
Drum Circles offer: ~ A Sense of Belonging ~ Social & Cultural Change ~ Mental & Physical Health (from Circles of Rhythm website)
We follow Integrated Community Drum Circle (ICDC) philosophy and our Facilitators are trained by Circles of Rhythm who hold their own Circle in Calgary every Friday night!
No experience needed at all - you will enjoy this if you have never touched a musical instrument before in your Life!
Drums are provided, or bring your own. We also have a variety of other fun percussion instruments on offer to "spice-up" the Circle.
Everyone is welcome! All voices matter in a Community Drumming Circle. Bring your own!
