Join us every other Friday night this spring for a community-based yoga class at Radiant Living Center. Relax and unwind after a long week with gentle stretching and yoga poses designed to meet your specific needs that day.

Class will begin with each participant introducing themselves to the group, voicing any injuries or concerns they have for their body that day, and making one request for what they’d like to receive from the class that evening. Collectively, students will be lead through a yoga flow that suits the unique needs of the entire class as a whole.

In this unique experience, we’ll get to know each other on a deeper level than a typical studio class. We’ll practice voicing our requests and needs while continually checking it with our bodies throughout the hour. Expect gentle movements, relaxation, meditative breathwork, and joy and laughter as we embark on this collaborative journey towards strength and embodiment.

No registration required. Due to room size, class will be limited to 10 people each night.

About Dr. Jolett Rod:
Dr. Jolett Rod founded Spine & Spirit in September 2024 after moving to OKC from Portland, OR. Conveniently located within Radiant Living Center, Spine & Spirit is a patient-centered chiropractic office offering trauma-informed care, somatic bodywork and private yoga instruction. Dr. Rod received her RYT 200 in 2023 under Michele Loew at The Yoga Space in Portland and then completed her 500hr yoga training the following year. Dr. Rod also has additional training in the healing meditative practice of yoga nidra. Her classes include gentle techniques that are beginner focused, aiming to make yoga safe and accessible for all bodies while instilling confidence in your growing practice.
