Highland District Council’s Community Development Committee (CDC) is responsible for all zoning, housing, building code, business and economic development matters affecting the Highland Area.The CDC typically meets the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 – 8 p.m. There are no committee meetings scheduled for April, August or December.

This meeting will take place in the Community Room/Upper Library Room or Lower Library Room at the Highland Park Community Center (1978 Ford Parkway, Saint Paul, MN 55116). All are welcome to attend in-person or online via Zoom.
