Instructor: Chef Lukas DohertyJoin us for this Community Culinary Course all about dry heat cooking methods! Let Chef Lukas teach you how to roast it, grill it, fry it, and sauté it. Students will work with both meats and vegetables to learn the fundamentals of these highly versatile cooking methods. They'll gain confidence through practicing techniques like the ever-impressive sauté flip and how to properly temp out proteins. Students will take their creations home along with recipes to recreate them.
This is the fourth course in our Adult Culinary Boot Camp Series. Take just one class or join us for the entire series to get hands-on practice in a wide range of culinary skills. Space is limited, so reserve your seats now!
Community Culinary Courses are for ages 18 and up. Registration for this course will close on Thursday, December 6th at 11:59pm. Class will be held on the UAA Campus in Lucy Cuddy Hall. A release of liability will be provided when you arrive for class and agreement will be mandatory for participation.
