Join us for the San Bernardino Community Crossroads Convening, a dynamic gathering of leaders, partners, and residents working together to strengthen collaboration and improve health and well-being across our region.

This event will highlight local and regional success stories, foster shared learning, and spark new ideas for building livable, equitable communities through the Accountable Communities for Health (ACH) framework.

Sue Grinnell, Senior Advisor at the Public Health Institute, is a nationally recognized leader in systems innovation, collective impact, and community health improvement. Sue will share insights and inspiration for transforming collaboration into meaningful, measurable change.
