• Provides an opportunity to express your experiences, perspectives & story within a therapeutic art-based approach
• Provides a nurturing environment for all participants to feel comfortable to engage in the process of artmaking
• Gives a supportive space to create, share or just be
• To ensure this we limit group numbers
• The main focus of creative expression is on your own process in artmaking, not the end result
• No judgement attached, no art experience needed
• Just a sense of openness to connect with your own creativity

An integrative approach merging an array of artmaking mediums such as: 𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐞, 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐖𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠
