- This course does not provide certification. It is designed for individuals who want to learn CPR but do not need certification for work. Attendees will receive a participation card, which can be helpful for those who babysit.
- Learn adult, child, and infant CPR, how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED), and how to relieve choking.
- The class will be taught by Franklin Firefighters who are paramedics and American Heart Association CPR Instructors, using the AHA's Family & Friends curriculum.
- The class involves kneeling on the floor, bending over, and physical activity, so please wear suitable clothing.
