Community Convos:Community Convos is the space for safe, meaningful discussions about topics you may be reluctant to discuss. This is an environment that fosters understanding before judgement, listening before speaking, compassion over conflict, and connection alongside community. We all have an opinion, a point of view, and a voice, and everyone should have the space and opportunity to engage with others in a respectful manner. We will not always agree on each topic but we will learn to communicate and interact with care and compassion.

This Community Convo explores practical ways to protect your mental health, maintain focus, and still show up for the causes and people that matter. We’ll discuss setting boundaries, choosing battles, and finding hope in action, even when the world feels overwhelming.
