- This month we'll talk about:
- (NEW!) Community Needs Assessment – What programs do you want to see at Children’s Institute? What makes your community special, and where do you see room for growth? Join us as we launch our Community Needs Assessment and work together to build lasting support systems shaped by your voice.
- Enhanced Care Management Program- Get access to personalized care! Everything from scheduling your doctor visits to finding rental assistance and legal resources and so much more! Enhanced Care Management offers personalized care for your unique journey. Join our Community Conversations to see if you qualify!
- We will also host a Vision Board Activity to welcome and set our intentions for the 2026 New Year!
- Children's Institute representatives from Head Start & Wellness programs will be available
- Interact with folks in your community and make connections.
- End the night with a chance to win a prize during our RAFFLE.
- Spanish translation is available.
