Join us at our Community Connector open morning here at Barnsley Recovery College on Monday 26th January 9-12pm to meet our new team of Community Connectors. Our connectors bring valuable lived experience with mental health challenges and can help you to manage your physical and mental wellbeing. The team has been developed to:
• Deliver psychoeducation
• Deliver recovery focussed interventions such as building confidence around anxiety provoking situations and experiences
• Enable people to connect with their local communities in Barnsley
• Support people in accessing the Recovery and Wellbeing College
